Things often turn out differently than you think.
The SAT Flex option can be booked for 20 euros when registering online. The ticket can be redeemed once until 12.07.2026 and offers the option of selecting one of the following services:
I) Distance change to a shorter route, or
II) Transfer of the starting position to a third party within the distance, or
III) Postponement of participation by one year.
None of the 3 options/services mentioned are possible without the SAT Flex option.
The SAT Flex option can only be booked during online registration or up to one week after registration (by e-mail to sat@saltytrailrunning.com).
If you wish to change to a shorter distance, please send an e-mail to sat@saltytrailrunning.com by e-mail. This option is only available as long as the respective shorter distance is not yet fully booked.
The transfer of the starting place to 2027 will be carried out by creating a value voucher. The voucher will be sent to the participant by e-mail at the start of registration for the SAT 2027 (mid-November 2026). This only includes the entry fee for the distance booked for the SAT 2026 and no additional services or processing fees. Booked merchandise items will be sent up to 14 working days after the event.
If the participant cannot take part in SAT 2026 and has not booked a SAT Flex option, the cancellation conditions apply (see GTCs)
